Agent platforms
Deepgram
Connect your Deepgram speech and voice agent account.
Before you start
Obtain a Deepgram API key. Have your project ID ready if you need to identify a specific project.
You’ll also need access to the Ollive account where you want to save this connection.
Connection fields
| Field | Requirement | What to enter |
|---|---|---|
| API key | Required | Your Deepgram API key. |
| Project ID | Optional | The project identifier for project-scoped management calls. |
Connect Deepgram
Sign in to Ollive and open Integrations. Select Deepgram.
Give the connection a recognizable name, especially if you connect multiple accounts or projects.
Enter the credential fields listed above.
Choose Test connection. Resolve any error, then select Connect to save the connection.
Verify your setup
A successful test confirms access to Deepgram’s projects endpoint. If access is denied, check the key’s project permissions.
Troubleshooting
- Authentication failed: check the credential values, account or project, and whether the key has expired or been revoked.
- Access denied: confirm that the key has permission to access the provider data used by the connection.
- Could not reach provider: check any host or server URL you entered. For private instances, confirm network access with your team.
- Rate limited: wait before retrying the test.
Still stuck? Contact support with the provider name and error message. Keep API keys and secrets out of your message.
